About Us!!
Owned and Operated by Donna Hayward Lorber and Kerry Reed Hayward, Providence Child Care & Learning Center has been serving families in the Towson location since 1994. Donna is the mother of four and has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Loyola University and her 90 hour Certification in Early Childhood Education along with 29 years of childcare experience. Kerry is the mother of four and grandmother of six. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Towson University, and 35 years of childcare experience.
As a family owned business we strive to provide the same caring, nurturing environment that our own children have participated in over the years. We are licensed by the Maryland State Department of Education. All of our staff meet or exceed ALL licensing requirements. Our standards to adhere to Staff/ Child ratios ensure small class sizes. We provide children with both morning and afternoon snack. Our outdoor space offers children a safe, fun area in which to play and learn. In case of inclement weather we have a large indoor space for movement and music activities.
At Providence Child Care and Learning Center, we encourage parent interaction with the children throughout the day. Drop-in visits to the center as well as scheduled parent volunteers are always welcomed!!
